September 1st – June 15th (Fall, Winter, Spring): $700 a week.

June 15th – September 1st (Summer): Cottage Rent is $800 a week.

This rate is for a maximum of 6 people, no more than 4 adults, without additional fees. Children over 14 are considered as adults.

Reservations

Call us for availability and to reserve your cottage. The cottage is normally available from May through October.

A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 must be received within 1 week of making your reservation in order to hold your dates.

The remaining balance and Damage Deposit is due in cash or by money order upon checking in. You will also need to sign a rental agreement upon check-in.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of $100 is required. This is due in cash or by money order upon checking in. The deposit is NOT applied towards the rent at any time. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure providing the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the property inside or outside;
• No damage is done to contents or items missing;
• No damages are incurred by pets;
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash can;
• Dish are cleaned and put away

Check In/Out

You may check in at 3 pm on Sunday and must be checked out by 10 am the following Sunday. No late check outs.
